The Bay Ship & Yacht Co. occupies roughly 39 acres in Alameda, California, just south of Oakland and across the San Francisco Bay. They are capable of hauling 6,000 tons on their HMB-1 dry dock, 3,000 tons on their auxiliary floating dry dock and 1,200 tons on their synchro lift.

Bay Ship & Yacht Co. works on approximately 200 boats a year, with facilities to accommodate up to 14 boats at one time.

Over the last five years, Bay Ship & Yacht Co. has painted everything, from life rafts right up to the largest vessels of the United States Coast Guard fleet.
